MESH is a brand that emphasizes luxury in its services, catering to a high-end clientele that demands excellence in every detail. With a subscription-based self-improvement app, they needed a website and brand image to explain and sell their product, without giving away the secret sauce. In creating their online presence, our goal was to deliver a seamless, visually compelling experience that reflects the prestige of the brand.

Challenges

 

High Expectations from Luxury Market

Designing for a high-end audience requires exceptional attention to detail. The imagery, text, and overall user experience had to communicate sophistication, trust, and exclusivity – something the stakeholders were especially careful about throughout the process.

Extensive Revisions and Feedback Loops

Working closely with the MESH team, we went through several iterations of the website, revising both the design and user experience based on real-time feedback and user insights. Every element had to be meticulously aligned with the brand’s identity.

Balancing Functionality with Aesthetics

While the site needed to look luxurious and unique, it also had to provide a smooth and intuitive user experience. This was a delicate balance, as the visuals couldn’t overshadow the functionality, and vice versa.

Website

We built the website in WordPress using the Elementor builder and Motion Page plugin to add subtle, refined animations that enhance the overall user experience without distracting from the content. Every motion was carefully chosen to create a sense of flow and sophistication. Imagery and text played crucial roles in delivering the brand's message, and we worked closely with the MESH team to perfect every detail, ensuring that the visuals and copy reflected the luxury market they cater to.

Emails

 

Utilizing Klaviyo, we created both marketing and functional automatic emails for MESH. A full capture flow was created, including global elements, responsive layouts, dynamic content variables, and custom preference pages.
